Doug Smith

Doug has been called a cross between Chet Atkins, Leo Kottke and Michael Hedges. His original compositions have been heard everywhere from NPR to Turner Classic Movies and Good Morning America, and he has played on movie soundtracks including the popular movie August Rush. He has shared the stage with guitar luminaries such as Andy McKee, Tommy Emmanuel and Jerry Douglas, taught at guitar workshops throughout the country, and toured Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and China.
