This year's album spans multiple genres - from Afrobeat to R&B to Punk and Hip Hop. Each song tells an honest story, unique to the individual human experience & we are honored to have this opportunity to uplift Black voices. Produced by Troi Irons, Alex Hitchens & Chizzy Stephens. An annual project featuring all Black creators with the purpose of amplifying Black voices and creating space for Black storytelling. This series spotlights the importance of representation in Production Music. This year's album is a mix of Afropop, R&B and Hip Hop featuring all female and non-binary Black artists. Produced by UPM favorite, Alex Hitchens and performed by: Shardé, Kaien Cruz, Mayila Jones, YEL & Bri Biase.
